When will I receive my order?

Orders will be shipped to you within approximately 3 weeks from the date that the website closes. Please note that in most cases, this is not the same date in which you place your order.

 

Why does it take so long to get my order?

All decorated items offered on our website are custom-printed just for you. Once a website closes, we order product, then decorate & personalize in-house. Items offered on the website are not available in our stores.

 

What size should I buy?

We encourage our customers to utilize the sizing charts we have provided on our website. All sizing is MEN’S sizing unless otherwise stated. Women’s, Youth, & Girl’s sizing will be noted as such.

 

Why is the website asking me for a shipping address?

ALL orders must contain a shipping address. This field MUST be filled out to continue into your shopping cart. Once you have submitted a shipping address, you will have the option to have your order shipped to your house, delivered to the school/facility (when available), or you may also choose to pick your order up in one of our Sports Page retail locations.

 

How will I know when I can pick up my order?

If you have opted to have your order shipped to your house, we are currently unable to send a tracking notification once your order has shipped.

If you have opted to have your order delivered to your school/facility (when available), our salesman, or your coach will notify you of order availability.

If you have opted to pick your order up in one of our Sports Page retail stores, a member of our staff will call the phone number listed on your order form to let you know that your order is available for pick-up.

 

Can I make a change to my order?

Changes to orders are accepted within reason:
